Our Bookstore

We no longer maintain our online bookstore. We have joined a group of independent publishers at The Elephant’s Bookshop, where you can browse a selection of quality books and ebooks ranging from classics to unique titles, including large print editions of many titles.

The Elephant’s Bookshop also features a nice selection of “safe” classic and contemporary books and ebooks for children and ‘tween and teen readers and printable coloring pages.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The design of this site and the use of such a third-party payment processor means that all transactions involving entering financial information for the purpose of making purchases take place entirely on PayPal’s secure servers. Apex Legal Publishing never even sees your financial information.

Analytics

We do not make use of any analytic service which tracks your activity on the internet outside of our site. In some cases we may receive statistical data indicating that a particular IP address followed a link to another site. In such a case, we receive no further information about your activity, nor does our site use any system to connect or attempt to connect such an IP address with any other information which might identify the user.

This information consists only of numerical statistics as to the number of “clicks” on a particular link.
